Fitness Center, Core Room & Personal Training

 

The fitness center boasts three treadmills, two ellipticals, one rower, one bike and a variety of training equipment. The fitness center is available to all tenants who complete the building fitness center waiver.

 

Damion Moss is the personal trainer at 3001 & 3003 Washington Blvd. He offers premium group training, yoga, personal training, and more to individuals or groups. Damion utilizes the fitness center, rooftop, and his own core room located on the 9th floor for training sessions.

Rooftop Terrace

The rooftop terrace offers superior views of the Washington Monument, U.S. Capitol, and National Cathedral. It includes an outdoor tv, chaise lounges, tables with chairs, bar area, heating and cooling, and power outlets. The space is available to reserve for tenant events.

Car Care Station

The car care station at 3001 & 3003 Washington Blvd is located on level B-1 of the parking garage and includes a car charging and a car washing area.

 

The car charging station includes two charging spaces that are free of cost to building tenants. The car washing area includes a commercial vacuum, tire air compressor, waste container with towel dispenser and window washing station. There are also trash and recycling bins to remove excess trash.

 

Secured-Access Bike Room

The 24-hour secured-access bike room at 3001 & 3003 Washington Blvd is located on level B-1 of the parking garage. The space includes bike racks, tire pumps, a work stand, and a bike comfort map of Arlington County to help plan your biking route.

 

The bike room is available to all tenants who complete the building bike room waiver.

 

Parking Structure

Our parking structure is located on 11 ST N and is professionally managed by Colonial Parking. Reserved spaces for carpool, vanpool, and tandem parking are available for employees of 3001 & 3003 Washington Blvd. Availability is first come, first serve.
