Overview

The Ownership and Management of 3001/3003 Washington Blvd take Fire and Life Safety very seriously. Our objective is to provide our tenants with a safe and comfortable working environment. With this in mind, this Emergency Procedures Manual was developed.

While the Fire/Life Safety Systems in the building is engineered to ensure the safety of all occupants in the building in the event of a fire, it is important that all individuals working in the building understand the building’s emergency procedures.  However, each emergency is unique and sometimes the recommended procedures may not be suitable for all conditions that arise.  Therefore, common sense should always be the primary element of an emergency procedure.
